Team Totally Wired Rocks MSC #1

Team Totally Wired competed last weekend at MSC #1 at Chalk Creek. The weekend went well for the team, three podiums and allot of fun. The racing started on Saturday, with mountain cross. The pro men field was huge, there were 54 pro men. Petr had a screaming fast qualifier and ended up qualifying in second behind Yeti Factory Rider Ross Milan. Cody had a great qualifier but bobbled in the bottom of the course and ended up qualifying ninth. Nate had a descent run seeding him in thirty second. Neven smoked qualifying and was seeded second behind Brodi Factory Rider Joanna Peterson. Petr, Cody and Nate breezed through the round of 64. In the round of 32 Nate and Cody had to race super fast Jeremiah Work and Brian Buell. Cody got the gate snap and advanced to the next round with Jeremiah Work. Nate had to settle for thirty second for the day. Cody met number one qualifier Ross Milan and Ryan Sutton in the round of sixteen. He was out of the gate with the big boys but got pinched in the first corner. He was then taken out by Ryan Sutton in the second corner. Cody ended up 12th for the day. Petr won every heat up to the finals where he traded pain with Ross Milan in the first corner and Ross Made it out ahead. Petr ended up holding second place to the finish. Neven rocked all her heats to the final where she was clipped from behind and flipped on her back. She got up with a smile on her face and rolled to the finish to take fourth. The next event was slalom. Nate had to go be with his mother for mothers day but the rest of the team raced. The pro men's field was large again with 56 riders. Petr qualified well in fifth. Cody had some bobbles and ended up twentieth. Neven had a super fast run and took second. Cody advanced in the round of 64 but was narrowly edged out by Matt Fisher in the round of 32 and had to settle for 23 for the day. Petr advanced to the round of 8 but was edged out by Yeti Factory Rider TJ Sharp and had to settle for sixth. Neven raced hard through her rounds and made it to the final. She was super smooth in the final but ended up taking second to Joanna Peterson. Our equipment worked perfect and our tires hooked up. Next week the team heads to Angel Fire for MSC #2.

Team Totally Wired off to Sea Otter

Cody, Neven, and Petr are making the trip out to Sea Otter this week. Neven will race slalom and downhill. Petr will race slalom and bmx. Cody is only going to race slalom because his shoulder is not quite ready for the abuse of downhill. The team is excited to get the season stareted at the Otter. A big thank you to all of our sponsors who make it happen.

Race Report For the Yeti Spring Series #1

This weekend Nate, Neven, and Cody traveled to Nathrop, Co. for the first round of the Yeti Spring series. This was a chance for the team to shed some cob webs before the season starts. Neven rode an excellent slalom to finish second in Pro Women. Cody crashed extremely hard in practiced and ended up placing eleventh in Pro Men. On Sunday Nate and Cody had excellent 4x qualifiers, coming in at second and third. They raced hard through their rounds. Nate went to the finals and had a slow gate to finish third. Cody went to the small final and won the round to place fifth for the day. Neven raced hard and took second again in Pro Women. Our equipment performed great all weekend. Thank you to all the sponsors.
